Two Weeks From Visalia Drop Off
I know you gals and hubbys will be tagging like crazy the next two weeks!
Tagging made easy at www.myjbftags.com. Make sure you save often better "save" than sorry!
If you are consigning a Travel System with a Infant Car Seat make sure you have the users manual. You can find them online. This is a must. We only accept infant car seats that are being sold as part of a travel system.

Make sure you have also filled out your carseat waiver for any travel system you are bringing. Click here for the waiver.
Safety is number one with JBF make sure you are checking your items for any recalls. Check now so you can order any needed replacement parts. We also have a recall specialist at the sale that can help you answer any questions about an item.

Just Between Friends can only accept the consignment of cribs manufactured on or after June 28, 2011. Cribs manufactured from July 23, 2010 to June 28, 2011 may be consigned if the consignor provides a certificate of compliance from the crib manufacturer or retailer. Cribs manufactured prior to July 23, 2010 will not be accepted under any circumstance. Cribs that are unacceptable, for any reason, cannot be sold as toddler beds. All cribs consigned with Just Between Friends must have a signed crib waiver from the consignor.Don't forget to spread the word about our canned food drive that is going on during the Visalia Sale to benefit the
Visalia Rescue Mission.
Bring two cans of food on Sept. 11th and you can enter the sale at 10am instead of 11am. For every two cans that you bring in during the week you are entered into a drawing for JBF bucks!

Tagging Tips
With the Visalia sale just 3 weeks away and the Fresno Sale 6 weeks away it is time to start tagging!!
Our tagging system at www.myjbftags.com is open 365 days a year 24/7 so you can tag anytime day or night.
Tagging Tips
- Gather your supplies hangers, safety pins, tagging gun ( if wanted you can find for cheap on eBay), cardstock, Ziploc bags small and large, zipties or curling ribbon (for keeping shoes together), saran wrap (works great for puzzles and collections of books), packing tape to put those tags on toys and large items and also to seal those bags so little fingers don't try to take the stuff out! Also maybe a snack to munch on while you tag
- Price a 1/3 of what you paid for the item or what it retails for - You can price higher on items that are new, baby equipment, and toys. I always think about it this way when I am pricing my items. What would I pay for this item at a consignment sale? Still not sure what to price at check what a new one sells for on online.
- Check for stains, rips, tears. The sale has a high standard of quality items and inspection process. Make sure you are bringing your best. If you wouldn't buy it don't bring it
- Batteries are a must in toys.. Make sure everything has all of its pieces. Do you still have the manual if so include it with your item. Here is a website that may have the manual you are looking for Click Here
- Presentation is everything take the time to button all those buttons, snap all the snaps, clip threads. Go the extra mile and pull out the iron for those cute dresses and dress shirts. If you don't have time for that use Downey Wrinkle Releaser it does wonders.
- Keep your items smelling fresh while being stored throw in a dryer sheet
- Participate in our discount days and let your items go for reduced price especially If you are going to donate your unsold items don't put a star on that item let it go on our discount days..
- If you are using a tagging gun please watch where you place the barb. Place it in the store tag if there is no tag if you look under the shirt collar there is a seam, place it in the seam. Don't put the barb where you would normally safety pin as it is likely to leave a hole and then won't sell.
- The extra time you put in getting your items ready means extra money in your pocket!!!!
- You can set to default your items to reduce or not reduce for our discount days
- You can set to default to donate or not to donate as well.
- Be descriptive with your tags at the least put the Brand, Color and what it is so that if the tag gets separated we can attempt to match it back up.
- Print on light colored card stock - the is because using regular paper the tags will easily tear off
- Use the print alternate feature this will print tags 6 per page
- Make sure your tags are pointed to the correct sale either Visalia or Fresno. To check log into your tagging account on the left hand side "Click" on Profile and you can change your sale location
- The Toolkit is a handy place to search for tags, make changes and or delete an item

Just Between Friends Visalia Sale
Can you believe the Visalia Just Between Friends Sale is just about one month away and the Fresno sale is 6 weeks away!! It is time to clean up and cash in!!!
Tagging is super easy at www.myjbftags.com. If you have never created tags before you will first need to make sure you have registered for a consignor number. Once you have your consignor number then you will need to create an account at www.myjbftags.com.
We have some super helpful information under the consign tab on our website. So make sure to check that out for all the details.
A few helpful quick tips SAVE these items for the
SPRING SALE Shorts, tanks, sun dresses, bathing suits.
Dig in those closets for clothes, shoes, toys, baby gear, movies, did I mention toys? Look outside for those ride on toys and large outdoor play things. Did you check under the bed for those items that you got for Christmas or a birthday that are NEW in THE BOX that you now need to get rid?

Tips
- Have items grouped by size order this will speed up placing the items on the racks after inspection.
- Make sure all your ziploc bags are sealed shut with the tag taped to the outside
- Brining shoes? Use those small zip ties to fasten together if you can fasten then together you may place in a ziploc bag. Please makse sure they are LIKE NEW!!
- Don't forget those large outside toys!!
- TOYS,TOYS and TOYS don't forget them please make sure they have all there pieces and have batteries if needed.

We are in full swing of summer. I am glad that is took until the end of June before we actually went over 100 degrees!!
I know it is going to heat up and now I am going to make you think of pants, sweaters, jeans and jackets!!! However you know that means it is time for the Fall/Winter JBF Sale.
So start cleaning out those closets, dressers, playrooms, garages and any other nook or cranny that you have stuff shoved!!!
