The first Fresno Sale is over and the word is out. Tags have been uploaded and are available for viewing at www.myjbftags.com. It was a pleasure to get to know some of you and thank you to all the new volunteers and the gals that came up and helped from Visalia, we would not have been able to get everything sorted without you!

Keep talking about JBF to your friends remember that if you get a friend to sign up and bring at least 15 items to sell you will earn a higher percentage for every 3 and 5 people that sign up and refer you, and who doesn't like to earn more money?

As you put away your children's winter clothes think about tagging them before you store them, then you will be ready for the fall sale. The fall sale will be the end of September/early October check the website for updates and don't forget to add my email to your inbox so you can receive my emails. kcolburn@jbfsale.com

Down to the final day! The half price sale is tomorrow Sunday from 11am-3pm! There are lots of great bargains to be had.



Pick up your items will be from 6-7pm, you will not be allowed to pick up your items prior to this time. We could always use help with sorting the more people we have sort the quicker it goes and if we get done early you can take your items home at that point if you help sort!

Fresno Day 2! Tags from Friday have been uploaded. The difference between two sales! It seems like yesterday the Fresno sale started and now we are heading into the home stretch! I had to chuckle today, I had a consignor come up from Visalia to shop with her grandma and she was on the phone with her friend back in Visalia talking about how different the two sales were! I laughed saying yes that Visalia JBF Sale is a larger sale as it has been around for 5 years I don't think she new the first Visalia Sale I believe had only 15 consignors! This is the very first Fresno JBF Sale and we have well over 15 consignors.

There are many great items on the racks, I have seen many new with tags items out there. So make sure to tell a friend or two about the sale and stop in and shop the last two days. Before it is over and then you will have to wait until the Fall sale to get all the great deals!

Remember if you have time to volunteer we would love to have you help.

Fresno is off and running! Tags from the presale have been uploaded. Make sure to save all questions you have regarding tags until the end of the sale and after you receive your check, thanks.

The sale is open to the public Friday and Saturday 10:00am -8:00pm and on Sunday the 50% sale 11:00- 3:00pm.


I want to make sure to thank all the girls that have volunteered so far your help is greatly appreciated. There is still opportunities to volunteer so if you have a spare hour or two pop in and help out. We always have alot of fun!.

I hope you found drop off to be smooth. Most of you now have your first JBF drop off under your belt, you consider your self a pro at JBF drop off now! There were many great items that were dropped off for the sale. I left the building without taking any pictures so I will remember to take some pictures tomorrow for all you Visalia people that want to see what you are missing out on!

We could still use help in the volunteer department so even if you only have an hour to spare we will gladly put you to good use!

First Fresno JBF Sale is one day Away

Fresno JBF Sale Drop off is tomorrow

Wednesday March 26th from 3:00-8:00pm

Manchester Center located directly off the 41 and go West on Shields.

We are in the old Longs Store- You will use the outside Longs Store Entrance. Please bring your items in. When you bring your items in, we will have racks for you to hang your items on for inspection. You will fill out your waiver form, get your presale passes, a total of 3 passes. After your items have been inspected we ask that you help place them in the appropriate areas. It should not take more than an hour to complete the drop off process.

We still could use volunteers, the more hours that you volunteer the earlier you will get to shop the presale.

After a few paper cuts and Costco being out of stamps on Sunday, checks are in the mail!

I once again thank each and everyone one of you that volunteered. The winners of the $25 gift certificates are Shannon Brookshire, Carol McKee, Caren VanderFeer and Jeralyn Cain, I will be getting these out to you soon. We were able to supply Visalia YMCA,Grace Homes, Tulare County Foster Children and several other great charities with some great items for summer. A special thanks to Jenny for getting it all taken care of.

The dates for the Fall Visalia Sale are scheduled for

September 6th -13th notice it is earlier in the month!

Fresno JBF Sale is only a little over a week away. If you consigned at Visalia and used www.myjbftags.com make sure to delete your sold items and then go into your profile and switch your tags to the Fresno Sale, no need to create new tags. If you haven't done so already please let me know if you are trying to keep your same consignor number for both sales.

The Visalia Just Between Friends Sale Spring/Summer Sale has come to a close, what a week. I hope that you found pick up to be smooth, thank you for checking out. So you say you have more? Well, the Fresno JBF SALE is just around the corner. With drop off March 26th if you would like to consign at Fresno go to the Fresno online sign up and get a number and then send me an email letting me know you signed up and I will go in and issue you the same number. Or you can email me and I will add you to the Fresno sale. If your number is over 200 you should be able to keep your same number.

Again thank you to all the volunteers that helped many hours, without you the sale would not have ran so smoothly.

An end to an awesome sale

All I can say is WOW! Thanks to a terrific group of volunteers we were able to get all the unsold items sorted in no time, I actually think we set a record! Just think if next time we had double the volunteers we had tonight, I could be in bed by now. lol

Pick up is from 12:00pm -1:00pm after 1:05 the donations truck will be loaded.

Please use the south entrance (where you came in for presale). Please check the lost tag item table and rack. Also double check all your items to make sure that they belong to you before you take them out the door.

For those that have over 25 items left over that would like transportation of them to Fresno please speak to me at pick up.

The sale was awesome, I will be uploading today's tags by Tuesday and double checking tags this week, please check the blog for updates.

I can not thank the many wonderful volunteers that the sale had. You guys went above and beyond and without you the sale would not have run so smoothly. If you didn't volunteer I hope you will next time. As we really do have a great time and you get a chance to meet a great group of people. I know I have!

50% off sale day from 10am-3pm only.

You will not want to miss all the great items that will be 50% off. There are still some wonderful clothes, toys, strollers, books and much more! Come on in and get in on the great savings. Most of Friday's tags have been uploaded. This is a reminder that the tags from the 50% off sale will not be scanned and uploaded Saturday night. We will be busy sorting unsold items.


Pick up of your unsold items is Sunday from 12pm-1pm anything not picked up after 1pm will be donated - NO EXCEPTIONS! Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.


If you have over 25 items and would like for me to transport to the Fresno JBF Sale please come to pick up and you will sign a form stating that I will be taking them. This will be for the first Fresno sale only and space will be limited.

We had another great day at the sale. All of the barcoded tags from the Presale have been uploaded and are available for viewing. I will be working on Sunday's tags and hope to have them all in by Tuesday night. Mid Week Drop off is on Tuesday, don't forget about baby equipment! This will be the last day you can drop off new items. You will be amazed by how many items have been sold already! See you at the sale. First Day Open to the Public

First day open to the public! I have a good friend who always compares presale day and first day open to the public to the running of the brides, for all the great wedding dresses. That is how I felt this morning when I went to open the gate, the large group of people eager to get in the gate. Once the gate opened we had people dashing for items! So if you have more large items please bring them, we have people looking for jogging strollers,double strollers, cribs and much more. You may drop off your items Monday and Tuesday only. No new items will be taken after Tuesday. Thanks again to the volunteers, we can't thank you enough! I am still working on entering tags

Whew, What a day! Again I can't thank our volunteers enough including the dads and grandfathers that have been helping you are all a true asset to JBF! I am going to allow you to drop additional items on Monday and Tuesday. So finish cleaning out the toy boxes and bring it in clean, tagged and ready to go. I will be working on entering tags, you will not see a full account of what has been sold on Presale or first day open to the public until Tuesday. It takes time to scan in all the tags, so I appreciate your patience. See you at the sale, there are still lots of goodies to tell a friend or two about. Remember NEW for this year Friday will be 25% off day! and Saturday is our regular 50% off sale day!
