The checks are being mailed today! Thank you guys for an awesome sale. Once again I appreciate all the volunteers that helped during the sale. The tentative dates for the Spring sale are March 1-8, 2008. Check the website mid January for more information. Remember your number always stays the same so you can start tagging your items now as you put your summer items away for the winter.

I hope you guys are enjoying the change in weather I know I am. It is so nice to pull on a pair of jeans and sweatshirt.

You will be happy to know that I will be sending checks out on Wednesday, October 10th.

Again let me explain what you may be seeing on the barcode website. I had to download all unsold items to my desktop early on the morning of the presale. If you brought additional items later in the week, the system can not pull them up as it only pulls from the inventory on my desk top. Those items will not show up as sold on your list. Any item that you may have deleted after printing the tag you will not be able to view as sold. Lastly it is possible the system just couldn't find your barcode number for some reason.


On any three of these I had to hand enter the tag and it will show up on your final report as your number and the price the item sold for. Sales were great and you should be happy with your results! We sold over 16,000 items!

You can pencil in the Visalia spring sale for the first week in March. By mid January I should have the dates confirmed. Also again if you think that you might at sometime consign at the Fresno sale please email me so that I may try and issue you the same number.
